During the pandemic, I missed out on a once-in-a-lifetime homebuying opportunity simply because I wasn't positioned correctly. As a first-time homebuyer, I lacked a true understanding of how the market worked.
That setback changed everything. It sparked a five-year obsession with analyzing market trends and studying real estate data. Originally from Southern California, I put that hard-earned knowledge to the test last year when I purchased my own home right here in Las Vegas. Through all the emotions we remained patient and ended up with a great deal on the house we love!
As a father of two and a devoted family man, when I am not helping clients navigate the market, you can usually find me spending my free time outdoors—walking our dogs, boating, fishing, camping and spending quality time with family.
